Hold harmless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless Valley Metro Rail, Inc. and its Members, the State of Arizona / Arizona Department of Transportation, Regional Public Transportation Authority and their respective consultants, representatives, officers, directors and employees (hereinafter referred to as the "Indemnitee"), from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, suits or expenses (including court costs, attorneys' fees and expert witness fees, hereinafter referred to collectively as "Claims"), of any character or nature arising out of the Artist's negligence, errors or omissions in performing work done in fulfillment of the terms of this contract, whether by Artist or any of its owners, officers, directors, agents, employees or subcontractors (herein referred to collectively as "Artist") or on account of any act, or arising out of the failure of the Artist to conform to any statutes, ordinances, regulation, law or court decree.

No employment.
The parties agree that no persons supplied by the Artist in the performance of the obligations under the contract are considered to be Valley Metro Rail Inc. or Regional Public Transportation Authority (Agency) employees. The Artist shall have total responsibility for any salaries, wages, bonuses, retirement withholdings, workers' compensation, other employee benefits and all taxes and premiums appurtenant thereto concerning such person and shall save and hold the Agency harmless with respect thereto.

Talent release.
I hereby give Licensees permission to photograph me, and to record in any medium any portion of my image, voice or other part of my persona in connection with my performance under this Agreement. I further grant Licensees a license to copy, modify, distribute, publish, and/or obtain copyright registration on any photographs or other recordings embodying my image, voice or other persona. I relinquish all right, title, and interest I may have in any finished photographs, negatives, digital or analog recordings and/or other media embodying my image, voice or persona. I hereby release Licensees for any and all claims that I may have relating to the publication or other use of my name, image, persona or works for editorial, advertising, publicity or other purposes, including any claims for infringement of my trademarks, publicity rights or copyrights. "Licensees", in this paragraph, means Valley Metro Rail Inc, Phoenix Art Museum and Local First Arizona, as well as their clients, agents, legal representatives, contractors, successors and assigns.

Use of Metro Light Rail Rules & Regulations.
- All Participants are required to possess valid transit fare media during their time on the train.
- Participants are required to follow all light rail rules of conduct at the station and on the train. It is the responsibility of the participants to know the rules of conduct.
- Participants may not block exits or aisles while on the train.
- Performances must be acoustic, i.e., may not involve electric instruments or amplifiers.
- Performances may not include language or gestures that: 1) promote alcohol or tobacco products, 2) Depict violence and/or anti-social behavior, 3) Are obscene, vulgar, profane or scatalogical.

I am of legal age and I certify and represent that I have read the foregoing and full understand its meaning and effect.
